Do you offer bulk orders?

Can I order shirts for an event or celebration?

Will the print fade after washing?
Our prints are designed to be long-lasting when cared for correctly. For best results, wash inside out in cold water and avoid high heat drying.
Are the shirt colours exactly the same as shown online?
We do our best to display colours accurately; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.

Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within a few business days. During peak periods, production times may be slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Most Australian metro areas receive orders within a few business days after dispatch.
Do you ship Australia-wide?

Can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because most products are printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistakes.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there is a manufacturing fault, printing error, or incorrect item received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Can I exchange for a different size?
As items are made to order, size exchanges may not always be possible. Please refer to our sizing guides before ordering.
