At Boofy, every order is made to order and produced specifically for you. We aim to deliver high-quality products as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
- Production times may vary during:
- Public holidays
- Major sales events
- Christmas and peak seasonal periods
- Large promotional campaigns
Custom and bulk orders may require additional production time. If this applies to your order, we will advise you accordingly.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide, including metropolitan, regional, and remote locations.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your parcel's progress directly through the carrier's tracking system.
Express Shipping
Where available, express shipping options may be offered during checkout.
Please note that express shipping speeds up the delivery process after dispatch, but does not reduce production times.
Event Orders & Deadlines
If you're ordering shirts for a specific event, celebration, tour, or special occasion, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of your required date.
While we work hard to meet all deadlines, Boofy cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Boofy is not responsible for delays, returned parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from:
- Incorrect delivery addresses
- Incomplete address information
- Incorrect postcode details
- Failure to collect parcels from designated collection points
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the information if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.
While we cannot control carrier delays, we will assist customers in investigating:
- Lost parcels
- Tracking issues
- Delivery delays
