At Boofy, each item is made to order specifically for you. We take pride in producing high-quality apparel and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.
Change of Mind
As all products are printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour selection
- Ordering the wrong product
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor variations in garment colour, print placement, or sizing within industry tolerances
Please review all product details, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged during production
- Incorrect compared to your order confirmation
- Significantly different from the approved artwork (for custom orders)
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the fault or error
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A refund
The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the issue and our assessment of the claim.
Sizing Issues
We provide sizing guides for all garments to help customers choose the correct fit.
As products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:
- The selected size does not fit
- The customer ordered the wrong size
- The fit differs from personal preference
Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom and personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The product supplied differs from the approved design proof
- A manufacturing error has occurred
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, dates, names, and design details before production begins.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the shipping carrier.
Boofy is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost parcels marked as delivered by the carrier
- Incorrect delivery addresses were provided by the customer
If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us, and we will assist in working with the carrier where possible.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees under applicable Australian law.
